Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), industry (optional), and message. We also receive a spam-prevention score from Google reCAPTCHA.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use your data for marketing, sell it, or share it with third parties.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database. A notification email is sent to us via Resend. Both services process data securely and in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This website does not set any first-party cookies. We use Vercel Analytics for pageviews and PostHog for product analytics. Both are configured in cookieless mode: PostHog stores its session state only in memory for the duration of your visit, and Vercel Analytics is cookieless by design. PostHog data is hosted in the EU. See PostHog's privacy policy.

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3, which may set cookies under Google's domain. This is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to address your inquiry. After that, it is deleted upon request.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hi@lucidal.ai.
